A COMPLEX OF THREE HIGH LUXURY VILLAS IN PRESTIGIOUS RESIDENTIAL AREA IS PROVIDED FOR ONE OF OUR OLDEST CLIENTS. THE BASIC PURPOSE OF THESE VILLAS SHOULD BE THE HABITATION OF MEMBERS OF THE DIPLOMATIC CORE. THEREFORE, THE COMPLEX NEEDS TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE LEVEL OF EXCLUSIVITY.

By using a combination of very simple geometry and high-end materials, each villa becomes an excellent modern accommodation unit. Wide glazed surfaces emphasize light shapes and connect the residential area to the outside greenery. Sophistication, carefully chiseled boxes and the natural environment were the main concept drivers during the design process.
