The building
unites a hotel and a shopping mall with high-rise structure that offers
top-quality open-office spaces. The dominant geometric skyscraper
silhouette nests comfortably in the surrounding urban context, while its
positioning toward the intersecting traffic routes and free-flowing
mall lines, combined with water features and openness to incursion of
daylight add a degree of dynamism to make the expression relaxed and
modern. With its bold form, the design embodies an ambition to emerge
as a new landmark in a prosperous business district of the capital.
